Life Review is a process in which hospice patients and their family members dig into the life that the patient has lived. It is a way to unearth a sense of direction for reconciliation, therapeutic exploration, coping, or celebration at end-of-life. Life Review can impact the overall direction of care planning within the psycho-social aspects of hospice care. Join us for an informative and reflective presentation.
